If you’re a physician who is married with a family, you know how hard it can be to wear the right hat at the right time and keep everyone happy. Not that it’s your responsibility to make others happy per se, but to keep the bus driving in the lane. Dr. Jeep and Vanessa join me to talk all about physician marriage and why they created a marriage coaching business.

These two wonderful souls met when they were in college. They’ve gone through medical school, residency, an MBA, marriage, children, careers, etc. They’ve gone through it all and one of the things they’ve made it a point to always work on is their relationship.

What they noticed was that as we get older and transition through various periods in our lives, we lose touch with our partners. Society would tell you that it may be time to call it quits. Dr. Jeep and Vanessa would say it’s time to reconnect.

The way they talk about marriage and the tips and tools they provide to help get yours back on track are simply amazing. Everything from figuring out ways to get away, just you and your partner, to creating space for both of you to decompress from work while still taking care of the family.

They even have tools and strategies for physicians who are transitioning into empty nesting territory or retirement.

No matter your age or stage, if you know your relationship could use some updates, listen in to learn more about Dr. Jeep and Vanessa and how they help physicians reconnect with the most important people in their lives.

“Marriage is like an organism, living, breathing, dynamic, always changing and that is totally normal.” Vanessa Naum
